我前几天下了个网站，想把它修改成自己的想要的网站，然后发布到互联网上，这个php网站需要安装，我想问下，这样会不会侵权，然后我是安装他的，他会不会获取到安装信息，这样的安全性有保障吗？然后我应该怎么样修改才能取消安装呢？本人菜鸟，求大神指教，(*^__^*)

他的源码如果没加密的话也许不会盗取你的信息。但用别人的东西，除非你仔细分析了他的源码。侵权问题，要看他怎样声明。任何网站都没有安全性保障，况且你这还是用别人的东西。

学以致用，看看他有没有什么说明的，没直说，你就用好了

正常情况下不会说你侵权，你一没威胁到他的利益，二没以他的名义干坏事。况且现在的php网站你能下的到的都是开源的。开源你懂得啊。
