开发网站一般用mysql社区版还是企业版？

开发网站一般用mysql社区版还是企业版？

如果仅仅是从学习角度，直接使用社区版就可以了，两者没有本质区别。
只有在需要官方的商业服务的时候才会看出很大区别。

主要的区别有以下两点。

企业版只包含稳定之后的功能，社区版包含所有Mysql的最新功能。也就是说，社区版是企业版的测试版，但是，前者的功能要比后者多。
官方的支持服务只针对企业版，用户在使用社区版时出现任何问题，Mysql官方概不负责。如何得到企业版？

版主，mysql的备份与恢复，定期备份，增量备份，一般用什么工具啊？谢谢
