这个功能是如何实现的？

我用我查查扫微信公共平台二维码
显示结果是URL，内容是这样的http://weixin.qq.com/r/RHU6NQjE1japhxlWnyBg
加密的url 可能加了某些参数判断
实现原理可能是这样的么
用微信扫的时候是否加入了一个特定的参数提交到服务端是做了某些判断返回不一样的值？

麻烦牛人们解释下实现的方法指点指点小弟~~~
