拿到一个网站的源代码 想对其进行修改 找到一个后缀名为BACKUP的文件。我改如何对其用MYSQL进行操作？？？

现在就是相对BACKUP 文件做文章
但不知道怎么打开 怎么用
是backup文件中包含mysql数据文件还是怎样。
如果是这样的话首先要安装MYSQL数据库环境，然后再覆盖现有创建的数据库。
