PHP查询MYSQL中某字段值内某段文字出现的个数

我有一张MYSQL表，名字为：name ，里面有个字段为 caozuo ，还有的字段为：zhuangtai

其中，caozuo 字段内，是对改行数据的一个操作情况，现在因为业务需要，需要统计操作3次以下的数据量！
这就需要查询caozuo 字段内，某一段文字出现的个数了，因为前台业务的原因，每次操作改行，caozuo 字段内都会插入一些备注，但是都有统一的一段格式的文字，该段格式为：
----【编辑时间：2012-09-24 11:11:42】---- 但是格式是一定的，内容是不一样的！编辑时间是自动插入的！简单来说，我需要一个查询语句，统计：

查询数据库内，在zhuangtai 为 1 的 caozuo字段内出现“编辑时间”少于3次的行数

不知道怎么查询呢？

计算 caozuo字段内出现“编辑时间”的次数
(length(caozuo) - length(replach(caozuo, '', '编辑时间'))) / length('编辑时间')
这个算式应该不难理解吧？

有了这个，接下来就不难了
select * from name where zhuangtai='1' and (length(caozuo) - length(replach(caozuo, '', '编辑时间'))) / length('编辑时间')
