其实网上有很多资料，但是都试过了，居然无用，崩溃：
E:\server\mysql\big>mysqld -nt -install 的确将mysql启动起来了，任务管理器中可以看到，但是没将他放入服务中

好吧 搞定了 msyqld -install 服务名
自己搞定记得牢~
