我在上传php网站到服务器之后,再次点击域名进入就会报这个错误···网上的解决办法都没啥用，我想问一下，上传的工程文件，网站首页（index.html）这个文件必须要放在根目录下面吗?

不列出目录的内容是正常的设置
你可以在访问时加上文件名，或设置默认文件名

这个是我们公司网站，域名ip已经绑定好的，客户访问网站的时候不可能加具体文件名吧，还有就是这个工程文件的写的网站首页不是在根目录下面，在我们公司服务器上面是可以访问的，但是现在要上传到托管的服务器上。

网站要有默认首页，比如index.php
然后这个默认首页要与服务器站点设置的相同。
