运行php文件如上显示，是服务器配置的问题吗，应该如何配置

英文看不懂 不过好像是说你的localhost端口出问题了 。你看看80端口是否被占用
访问的文件不存在，需要把你的phpDemon文件夹放在根目录下
已解决，开启内置服务器并将项目移植PHP根目录就可以了
