最开始有Godaddy 主机No input file specified错误，用以下方法解决了

但现在接口验证不了
把apache的SSL打开
微信验证后反馈的数据需要加密，不打开SSL模块，就会提示验证不成功.
godaddy 的 ssl 我已经设置了，
