给你是框架写的还是什么，如果是框架。直接去学这个框架就行了
不管是框架还是代码，都建议你把基础好好看看，找一本靠谱的php基础教材（在论坛n个人问过这个问题）
强烈建议你自己重做一遍你们公司的网站~~~~~~~~
改改，删删，配置配置。。。
硬着头皮慢慢看
首先你得有点基础，若是有时间，就把项目的目录，文件，都浏览一遍，知道每个目录是干什么的
主要看操作数据库的基类，常用的函数文件（通常把常用的方法放在一个php文件便于引入）
最好是有目的性看代码，如：找到原项目中的发布功能（假设），你就要去走一遍增删改查的流程，如何用原项目里面的数据库操作类（一般都有）操作数据库
刚刚开始学PHP...

我觉的还是先买一本基础的书先入门，比如细说php这本就不错，写的比较详细。
