我在win7系统下安装了wamp，然后想安一个phpunit，下了一个go-pear.phar文件。在命令行窗口输入:php go-pear.phar,提示我不是内部或外部命令......。求解。

命令提示符运行php go-pear.phar没有反应。
加上路径
php安装目录\php go-pear.phar
按你说的我试了，还是没反应，连个提示都没有。
