php入门相对比较简单,学习速度,肯定是php快。
语言的更新速度不是问题,比如说像python,更新了新版本,新版本也不是主流,关键看哪个版本更能够满足你,或者基本满足你,语言的更新一是为了填补之前版本的不足,二是进行一个拓展,不会翻天覆地地变化的,这个不用担心。
php学起来更容易,php入门快,写法灵活;下个wamp,几分钟可以完成一个小程序。
jsp相对比较严谨,语法用用法上都比PHP严谨地多。如果有能力和精力的话,个人觉得先学jsp比较好,jsp对变量、对框架都有基本的约束,虽然学起来比php枯燥得多,但是你会对变量类型、面向对象、框架一些以后PHP也会用到的技能有更深的了解;我看过身边不少人,先写java语言的,后面转其他语言,代码都写得不错。
当然你想快一点出效果的话,直接写PHP会更好学一些。
