开发平台框架选择可以介绍一下

问题是这样的：
现在要开发一个平台，就是一个用户注册成功了以后，可以自己自由选择模块，模板，然后生成一个自己的网站，
如果用框架的话用什么框架，不谈二次开发的那些PHPcms,,
TP框架做这样的平台合适么？
还是ZF这样的大型框架，
大家有经验的给个建议，

wordpress 完全解耦，无缝扩展，无限扩展。。。

TP是国产，注释是中文的，故而简单很多。。。

cakePHP怎么样

TP是一个轻量级的框架,似乎不太适合做这样的大型项目
还是建议使用ZF

进来学习一下，我比较喜欢用finereport做报表开发，感觉省时省力，别的都没接触过。。。
