用PHP实现，APP通过get请求发送一个url，地址是baseurl+？参数=“参数”，需要通过参数来处理把在云服务器上的哪个数据发还给APP，该怎么实现

需求不明确
一般处理是 app get/post 一个请求到服务器 服务器做出相应的处理 然后返回值给APP
跟网页一样，只不过一个返回html文本，APP的请求是给JSON数据
