我看韩顺平老师的教学视频的视频，位运算中
1的二进制原码 ，我看视频中写的 00000000 0000000 0000000 00000001
但是二进制好像每位都是8位，韩老师中间的两个字节写的7位，请问是视频中写错了，还是也可以这样子来表达呢？

是的，写错了！
计算机中最小的存储单元是 字节（Byte）包含 8 个二进制位
一个字节等于8位二进制。所以是8位，7位是错的。
