站内信群发，用户数5000w，所有用户都要受到且有状态显示，如何设计程序和数据库，求实现思路，要求效率高，数据库能受的了

站内群发其实不是“发”，而是让他们各自去“收”
内容根本不需要发出去，只需要记录一个“T | F”状态就行
而且每个人初始状态都是一样“未读”(F)，所以实际操作只是谁读了就在他的字段设为“已读”(T)

那如果我只让其中的4000w人收到呢

一样的，无论什么范围，肯定有个甄别标准（所有人的标准就是会员）
然后你的程序肯定要判断是否“已读”，顺便把这个标准用 and 连上去就是了
