本人小白，没有开发经验，现在和同学计划做一个论坛类型的APP。我是负责做后台方面的，但是不知道先从那部分下手，怕一开始没规划好做到中期就崩溃了。所以想问问各位高手，开发初始阶段应该怎么做啊？谢谢了 计划使用PHP+XAMPP来做，求教

android貌似是java语言吧，你同学和你只知道php吗？
关于android可以访问android官网，那上面有很多资料包括开发环境集成的ide。
先制定好整个流程，需求，再开始做。 设计原型图，调好界面，再获取数据。
服务器商用PHP开发，客户羰用java开发，提交数据到服务器就好了，服务器商主要进行数据处理和提取数据，客户端流程设计好就可以了，服务器端根据客户端需要的数据进行整理就可以了，相对来说服务器端用PHP开发的要求应该不太高的
没说到重点吧，就是JAVA远程 读取PHP提供的数据，用XML或JSON做中间数据类型。
