在向 MySQL 发送一条新的 SQL 查询之前,必须提取掉所有未缓存的 SQL 查询所产生的结果行。

资源 $rh 中应有不多于 10 行的结果
你要把他们都读出来以后,才可执行其他的数据库操作
说白了就是:你不让 MySQL 缓存结果,你就得自己缓存结果
