question2answer 注册是如何实现的

question2answer 注册是怎么实现的？
公司用question2answer做了一个问答系统，现在需要做的是公司员工登录时，自动使用我们的OA账号注册一个账号进行登录

OA里已经写了一个接口，自动获取用户的信息，但是question2answer是全英文写的，也没有文档，我看不懂注册表单提交的

机制，有没有人用过或者懂这个系统的机制？，看不懂英文的孩纸实在伤不起啊
