懂LINUX的过来看看: 怎么建一个svn用户?
我有root权限,怎么新建一个svn帐户?

------解决方案--------------------
用htpasswd创建一个用户名、密码的对照文件。
如果要进行HTTP访问，还要设置APACHE的dav-svn结构：
加入如下几行：

AuthType Basic
AuthName "svn Subversion Repository"
AuthUserFile /etc/apache2/svn_pwd
Require valid-user

svn_pwd是你创建的密码文件。

看看svn库下的conf目录下的三个文件:svnserve.conf,passwd和authz.从字面就可以理解。文件内容有相应解释.
