为什么小弟我重启apache2.2后本地localhost能打开一会又不行了，还要重启apache2.2服务？

为什么我重启apache2.2后本地localhost能打开一会又不行了，还要重启apache2.2服务？？？？
我在本机上安装了XAMPP ,新建的php 项目，前几天一点问题没有，无论使用localhost 还是用本机的ip都能打开网页，而且速度也很快，就算偶尔出现异常打不开网页重启电脑就没事了，这两天不知怎么的，localhost一会能打开一会不能，我重启了服务里面的apache2.2后，能在本地打开网页，如果刷新页面，就又会出现问题，在网上查了资料，没找到适合的，感觉就是apache2.2配置的问题，求高手指教……
