怎么在本运行上载上来的php网站，

如何在本运行下载下来的php网站，急！
我在本地安装了appserv和phpcmsv9，测试本地运行ok。然后再服务器上下载了整个网站，目录文件夹是ipcamera，数据库我也下载下来可，并导入了phpmyadmin里面。我把ipcamera放在www目录下，输入localhost\ipcamera\但进入的还是原来phpcmsv9系统的网页。我应该修改什么文件，能指向ipcamera文件下的这个网站。ipcamera这个网站也是phpcmsv9开发的。我是新手，搞了很久搞不出来。求指点。
