请问各位大哥 PHP 和 DELPHI 之间通信开发用到哪些技术？
服务器运行   PHP开发的   服装批发网站

仓库的电脑运行 DELPHI 开发的客户端应用程序

只要网站上有人下单     仓库客户端程序就会提示  “有新的单请查看” 。

这样的功能还能实现？需要用到那些技术？一般用什么接口？
