关于SOAP的小问题
公司项目与第三方合作,第三方提供了SOAP的请求地址，请求数据格式，及返回的数据格式(SOAP)。
我用PHP要怎样发送SOAP请求，然后接收第三方返回的数据呢。
问题：
客户端用php写一个demo.
用fsockopen可以发送请求吗？
还是用SoapClient()？
注：
第三方服务端是用.NET写的。
第三方提供有SOPA的规范，及URL。
