看招聘信息，招PHP程序员但要求精通UML建模？现在UML似乎成为了PHP的一个标准？
遇到的PHP程序员几乎从不用UML，如何才可以使用上UML建模？对UML难以理解。

具体就是设计模块什么的，然后团队配合的时候可以根据UML来开发
之后接手项目看到UML图也比较好理解项目，就像开发文档一样
但其实不常用，我也只是看别的语言的人用过。
