啊啊啊啊啊,这该怎么办呢?!!!
我用win7安装XAMPP for windows v1.8.3版本,按照步骤安装完成后,
用chrome无法打开http://localhost/和https://localhost,显示如下图:

然后地址栏变成:
http://localhost:8080/Pz9tcT1wbHVnX3VybGVycm9yZGF0YT8/dGltZXZhbD02MDAwMD8/ZGF0YT0mdD0yJnVybD0/P3Byb3h5PWh0dHA6Ly93d3cud2IxMjMuY29tLzQwNC8=
而在IE和FF上能打开http://localhost/,却不能打开https://localhost/
这是什么原因呢?求教解决方法
