有个好项目想开发,但我不是计算机专业毕业，固同学和朋友中很少有从事这个行业的。
请问前期应该如何找一个志趣相同的团队。
另外请问目前开发PHP项目的公司是如何保护公司的项目源码呢？
软件这东西复制是0成本的
公司招了新人又不能不给源码，否则怎么干活。
