支付宝应用的疑惑

支付宝使用的疑惑

这个问题是这样的：

我们网站准备实现支付方式，打算采用支付宝，但是支付宝好像又没这个功能，支付宝中的“担保交易”是买家先将交易资金存入支付宝并通知卖家发货，买家确认收货后资金自动进入卖家支付宝账户，完成交易。
而我现在的需求有点类似：一个用户下达一个任务，通过支付金额到支付宝作为交易回报，如果另一个用户完成了他的任务则交易完成，金额汇入接单人手中，
由于种种原因，假如交易未完成，我们人工将交易完成，但用户扣除的回报金额不能全部退还，或者违规不退还，这样的话，这笔金额应该到我中间商手上，或者又是我们将金额部分到了接单人手中。

这个功能怎么实现，用支付宝可以吗？不知道到说的大家能不能理解，希望有过这种需求的提提建议。谢谢了
