PHP 出现 PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 02C9A0F0
现在有个网站提交表单后出现这个问题

我的环境是windows+php php版本是：PHP Version 5.2.5

提交表单后程序做以下工作，1，验证表单信息是否规范，2，soap调用外部程序验证客户保险信息

这个问题不经常出现，出现的时候反复刷新几次就可以了。但这究竟是什么问题呢，在网站找的说什么PHP eaccelerator 问题，我PHP.ini就没有这个

还有说是SESSION路径问题，这个不可能啊，我后台登陆都没有问题，而且提交表单用不上SESSION

还有说是c:/winnt/temp 权限问题，我把这个环境变量因为安全问题，放在其实文件夹里了，而且给访问都权限了。

还有说内存不足，这个不太可能吧，我服务器是8G内存而且是新站没有多少人访问啊

还有说应用池中设定了限制这个我把限制都去掉了。

很郁闷，请高手解决，粘贴复制的就要了，谢谢
