PHP开发工具ZendStudio_6.1乱码解决终极方法

【写在前面】如果你发现经常需要设置某个project下的文件编码时，请确认一下project的属性设置。

单击“属性”，出现下图：

默认是“从容器继承（GBK）”，现在设置成下面的UTF-8，这样以后在这个project里新建的文件就是utf8编码了。

首先,我要说明的是,我是一个刚学习PHP的新手!刚开始接触PHP时候,一段时间在为寻找开发工具犯愁!!于是,我来到PHPCHINA寻求帮助,果然,我找到了中意的PHP开发工具了,它名为:Zend Studio for Eclipse - 6.1.0!
其次,许多网友说,Zend Studio_6.1对编码支持不好!我要反驳他,6.1对编码支持,比5.5的要好很多了饿!!至少可以把UTF8编码的项目正确的显示出来!
好了,说了那么多前言!!

2.这个不着急!我们进入Edit下---SetEncoding,出来如下对话框

大家看到了吧?默认为GBK的,打开UTF8项目,当然乱码
3.更改代码后,发现文字正常了!如下图:

好了,做到这里,还不够厉害!!!有些人也许会问,为什么软件下部分的Debuger Output窗口内,以及Browser Output窗口内,还是乱码呢??
这个才是,我今天要讲的重点!
打开windows----Preferences,如图:
