求助：wamp环境下如果运行OEcms模板？
我的环境：
Server Configuration

Apache Version :
2.2.8
PHP Version :
5.2.6

MySQL Version :
5.0.51b

运行OEcms-v3.1_R1115下upload文件夹里的index.php提示错误：
