求高手帮忙，将C语言代码转换为同等功能的PHP代码
网上找了一个C语言代码，用来读取星际译王字典文件的代码，谁能帮我转换为PHP的，拜谢了。

不用完全转换，只转换核心部分，用来读取idx索引文件，并且获取对应的 diz 文件中内容就行了，先拜谢了。
