php将UTc时间转换为北京时间

yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ssZ 这种时间格式，是UTC时间格式

将这种格式的时间转换为北京时间

方法：date_default_timezone_set('PRC');prc代表的是中华人民共和国。还有重庆，香港，
上海，自己上网上搜索吧，一般都是用中华人民共和国的。

例：utc：2014-01-01T00:29:23Z
北京：date_default_timezone_set('PRC')
strtotime(2014-01-01T00:29:23Z);然后再用data函数进行格式化

假如utc时间为时间戳，则转换北京的方法是：
date_default_timezone_set('PRC')
data(utc时间戳);

在转换时，先用date_default_timezone_set('PRC')，然后用一个时间函数来格式化时间，
就能轻松转换了。
