Apple has released macOS Sequoia beta 3 for developers engaged in the MacOS Sequoia beta testing initiative.

Dubbed MacOS 15, macOS Sequoia introduces an array of new functionalities, such as iPhone Mirroring, which lets you view and engage with your iPhone directly from your Mac's display, a new Passwords app, AI enhancements through Apple Intelligence, a convenient window tiling feature, enhancements to core applications like Safari and Notes, and significant updates to the Photos app, alongside numerous other minor tweaks and additions.

Although the developer beta program is open to anyone with an Apple ID, beta system software is best suited for those with advanced technical skills. If you're technically proficient or simply curious, you can find instructions on how to install the MacOS Sequoia beta here.

In addition to macOS Sequoia beta 3, developers have access to iOS 18 beta 3, iPadOS 18 beta 3, watchOS 11 beta 3, tvOS 18 beta 3, and visionOS 2 beta 3 for testing purposes.

How to Download & Install MacOS Sequoia 15 Beta 3

Before proceeding with any system software update, particularly a beta version, it's crucial to back up your Mac using Time Machine or another preferred backup solution.

  3. Click on "Software Update"
