Disassembling convoys yields parts, but this carries risks: exploration time, potential casualties, and prefab consumption. The success rate is percentage-based, clearly displayed in each convoy's description. Prioritize safer convoys or invest in research (like the Survivalist's Headquarters) to mitigate risks.

Connecting three convoys to the factory via pathways completes the rebuild. However, a significant hurdle awaits: an 80-week Whiteout triggered shortly after your first successful convoy dismantling.

Surviving the Whiteout

Surviving this core-less Whiteout demands strategic planning. Maximize heat retention by clustering buildings, invest in advanced insulation, and stockpile ample resources to shut down non-essential districts during the storm. The Whiteout's temperature (-80°C) is manageable, but early triggering is disastrous; wait until your resource supply is secure.

Post-Whiteout, continue gathering parts. No further Whiteouts or unexpected events will occur. Once all three parts are secured and the IEC Factory is activated, you'll receive your rewards:
