Firstly, transcripts aren't available for all podcasts; currently, Pocket Casts focuses on "new episodes from the most-followed podcasts," unlike Apple Podcasts which transcribes all episodes.

Secondly, access to automatic transcripts is a premium feature, exclusively for Plus ($3.99/month or $39.99/year) and Patron ($9.99/month or $99.99/year) subscribers. To view a transcript, simply start an episode and locate the "Transcript" button in the overflow menu. For convenience, you can also add this button to your main toolbar.

Navigation between search results is streamlined with convenient arrow buttons. Note that real-time highlighting to follow along with audio playback is not currently supported.
