Locating and Eliminating Faelian
After completing "The Assassinated Man," your allegiance shifts from Vicente Valtieri to Ocheeva, initiating this new quest.
Fast travel to the Imperial City Market District. Here, you'll find Mandil, a High Elf. Improve your disposition with her (above 50) and inquire about Faelian. She'll reveal his residence: the Tiber Septim Hotel in the Talos Plaza District.
At the hotel, speak with Augusta Calidia at the reception. She'll share insights into Faelian's skooma addiction and his relationship with Atraena. Locate Atraena (usually in the lobby) and raise your disposition with her (above 50). Question her about Faelian to uncover his routine, including visits to an abandoned house.
Lorkmir's House
Visit Lorkmir's House in the Elven Gardens District between 11 am and 5 pm. Pick the hard lock to enter. You'll find Faelian inside. Silently eliminate him to maintain your bonus.
Rewards
Return to the Cheydinhal Sanctuary and report to Ocheeva. Your reward: 200-600 gold (based on level) plus a bonus for the secluded kill: the Shadowhunt bow (level 30), enchanted with: 20 points health damage, 20 points magicka damage, undead turning (up to level 32), and 20% weakness to poison.
