Gigantax Snorlax: Recommended Group SizeGigantamax Snorlax's Six-Star Max Battle will be an extremely difficult encounter, requiring you to team up with several other Trainers for this battle. In the case of Gigantamax Snorlax's Max Battle, it is recommended that you attempt it with at least 25 Trainers, a very large group size.
For this reason, you will need to make sure to coordinate with others when it comes to attempting a battle against Gigantamax Snorlax, as this will be impossible to complete with a smaller group size. Additionally, it is important that all players use powerful Pokemon in this battle, making sure that you have enough firepower to take down this tough opponent.
Gigantamax Snorlax: Strengths And WeaknessesGigantamax Snorlax has specific strengths and weaknesses in battle due to its Normal type.
Luckily, there is only one attack type that you want to avoid during this Max Battle: Ghost-type attacks. Attacks of this type will deal significantly less damage than those of other types, so make sure to avoid them.
On the other hand, you will want to make sure to use Fighting-type attacks against Gigantamax Snorlax. Fighting-type attacks will deal increased damage against Gigantamax Snorlax, so Pokemon using this type of attack are typically the best option.
Gigantamax Snorlax: Best Counter Picks

In the case of this Max Battle specifically, this will typically mean using powerful Pokemon with strong Fighting-type attacks, dealing super-effective damage against Gigantamax Snorlax. These will often be Fighting-type Pokemon, dealing additional damage due to the Same Type Attack Bonus mechanic.
