Creating new, high-profit strains involves the Mixing Station and various ingredients. The complexity of the strain directly impacts its value and customer appeal.

Mixing New Strains

To optimize profits, create custom blends of weed, meth, and coke using the Mixing Station. Unlocked at Hoodlum I rank, it costs $500 from Dan's Hardware.

Automating the Mixing Process

Reaching Hoodlum V rank and acquiring a warehouse unlocks Manny the Fixer, allowing you to hire Cleaners, Botanists, Chemists, and Handlers. Chemists and Handlers are crucial for automation.

The Bungalow is the ideal location to begin automating, as it supports multiple employees. Ensure sufficient beds and storage (shelves and Mixing Stations) based on recipe complexity. Automation involves:

1. Handler Assignment: Use the Management Clipboard to assign a Handler to a Mixing Station. Set a route from the shelf with the base ingredient (weed, meth, or coke) to the station.
2. Second Route: Assign a second route for the Handler from the shelf containing the mixer ingredient to the same Mixing Station.
3. Chemist Assignment: Assign a Chemist to the same Mixing Station to initiate the mixing process. Set the output destination (shelf or another Mixing Station).

For single-mix packaging, assign the Handler to a Packaging Station, setting the destination and creating a third route from the Mixing Station to the Packaging Station. For greater efficiency, specialize Handlers in packaging or ingredient transport.

Multi-ingredient strains require more Handlers, Chemists, and equipment. Direct ingredient routing to Mixing Stations improves organization. Chemists transfer finished products between Mixing Stations, while a dedicated Handler handles final packaging.
