Tales of Graces f Remastered brings back the popular Grade Shop, but with a significant twist. Unlike previous installments, this accessible feature is available from the very beginning, offering players a head start with a pre-loaded maximum grade (3190) to unlock all available options.
What is the Grade Shop?
The Grade Shop is a returning feature from the Tales series. After each battle, your performance is graded, affecting a hidden score. High performance increases your score, while poor performance decreases it. This score unlocks items and gameplay adjustments in the shop, impacting subsequent playthroughs.

The Remastered version offers immediate access to the Grade Shop, granting players the maximum grade to purchase everything. This early advantage allows players to boost their experience (EXP), skill points (SP), and more.

For first-time players, careful selection is key. Modifiers with the note "No ON/OFF" are permanent. Those without this note can be toggled on or off in the settings menu.
While many options are beneficial, we advise against:
- Maximum Eleth 500: This permanent bonus might make later-game Eleth management too easy.
- Maximum HP 1000: This permanent bonus significantly simplifies combat.
However, the Chain Capacity upgrades, despite being permanent, enhance combat enjoyment. We strongly recommend double EXP, SP, and Item Drops, along with increased Maximum Speed. The rest depends on your preferred playstyle; remember, most are easily adjustable.
