Little Kappa is within Maizuru's Lair in central Shattered Coast (3x map zoom, right of "Coast"). Defeat guards, lure Little Kappa (eight HP bars) from the southern exit, and eliminate him using an explosive barrel for a strategic kill.

Confronting Sen:

After defeating the other pirates, Sen's location (Yura Fishing Village, northeastern Tamba) is revealed. Reach the village via the river northwest and then northeast from Fukuchiyama. You can choose to spare or kill Sen; the choice doesn't affect quest rewards, except for a purple-tier weapon which is only awarded for killing Sen.

Quest Completion and Rewards:

Completing the Pirate Alliance quest requires finishing the "Sweet Lies" quest (recruiting Oni-Yuri) and progressing the Wakasa main storyline to assassinate The Fox (Takeda Motoaki), including Samemaru. Return to the Biwa Master in Saifukuji Temple (northwestern Wakasa) to claim your rewards, including a key.

Unlocking the Legendary Chest:

The key unlocks a chest on Shattered Coast's western side, near a river's northern bend between two islands. Travel from Yura Fishing Village by boat to the gap between islands. An NPC will depart upon your arrival, leaving the chest in a nearby cave. Navigate the cave's obstacles to claim Yasuke's legendary trinket.
