InZoi's society thrives on karma. Each Zoi's actions directly impact their individual karma score, ranging from "terrible" to "great," and influencing their interactions and opportunities within the city. Understanding Karma

Karma is the driving force in InZoi. Each Zoi has a unique karma tracker. Negative karma results from disruptive behaviors like threats, harassment, and anger towards other Zois. Poor treatment leads to social isolation, mockery, and limited opportunities. Low city-wide karma may even require a meeting with the CEO.

Conversely, kindness and generosity boost karma. Positive interactions create a ripple effect, impacting not only individual relationships but the overall city atmosphere. Interaction types are color-coded: red (negative), purple (neutral), and blue (positive).

Boosting Karma

Increasing a Zoi's karma involves acts of kindness and community contribution. Access interaction options via the interaction tab when selecting a Zoi. Blue interactions boost karma, although the effect takes time—potentially several in-game days.

Game settings allow you to adjust the likelihood of violent acts and karma impact, tailoring the difficulty to your preference. Avoid violence (including accidental pedestrian collisions) and illegal activities like theft and online fraud. Remember, you can only directly manage one household at a time. Managing city-wide karma requires significantly more effort. Zois with extremely low karma who die become ghosts until they improve their karma.

Intervening in a Zoi's Life

For Zois with dangerously low karma, use the City Menu to intervene. Once every 24 hours, you can choose to intervene, offering them a chance to improve their karma. Their acceptance is not guaranteed. Similarly, you can intervene to reward Zois with exceptionally high karma, providing them with bonuses and opportunities.

Avoid intervention between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM, as this is a special time for Zois, and interfering may have unknown consequences.
