In Sniper Elite: Resistance, creative sabotage can be just as effective as a well-aimed shot. Mission Six: Assault on Fort Rouge features a particularly cunning Kill List challenge involving the Coal Torpedo. This isn't a direct confrontation; it demands patience, precision, and a touch of deception to orchestrate your target's demise.

Sniper Elite: Resistance - How To Use The Coal Torpedo

For one of the game's most satisfying kills, follow these steps:

Using the Coal Torpedo:

The Kill List target resides in a building marked with a red border on your map. Enter the building from the ground floor. You'll find two Coal Torpedoes inside:

  • One in a brightly lit room at the building's south end, distinguished by a striped rug.
  • The other in the northern section, on a crate within a large office.

Grab whichever is more convenient.

Ascend to the second floor. Your target, Uwu Schoene (easily identified by his white jacket), will be moving through the central room. Proceed to the northernmost room on this floor. On the western wall, near a lit fireplace, you'll find a bucket. Place the Coal Torpedo inside. Find a concealed position and wait.

Schoene will unwittingly add the Coal Torpedo to the fire, triggering a fatal explosion, and completing the Kill List challenge.

Remember: stealth and patience are crucial. Remain undetected and let the Coal Torpedo do the dirty work.
