Locating Yolvan:

Yolvan awaits in the Old City's Lower Stratum, near a locked gate. Progress through the area until you reach a red locked door (right) and the Clock Tower Palace entrance (left). Navigate the mutated enemies, proceeding right towards the locked gate. Jump across platforms to the left, discovering an opening leading to the Respite and a switch to unlock the Respite door.
