Love and Deepspace: All Birthday Events And When To Get Them

Birthdays are a big part of Love and Deepspace, and the developers have done a great job creating memorable events for each of the character’s birthdays. They’ve even added a player-specific birthday event just for you!

Each year, each of the love interests will have a playable birthday event just for them. Each event lasts a full week and includes special rewards, a fun new shop, and interactive story stages to play with the birthday boy. But, if you have missed a birthday, don’t panic! Birthdays happen every year, and you’ll get to wish him a Happy Birthday next year.

All Birthdays

We've yet to see Sylus's birthday event, but so far, every birthday has followed the same format.

During each birthday event, you will try to surprise your love interest with a party, cake, or experience. There are four story stages to play through, each one unlocking on a different day and depicting a different part of your adventures crafting the perfect birthday surprise.

You will also have the ability to bake him the perfect cake. There are three stages to building a cake: Ingredients, My Fridge, and Cake DIY.

In the Ingredients stage, you will pick Bases, Themes, Decor, and Banners to order for his cake. Each one will take 30 minutes to arrive. Once the cake ingredient arrives, you can select it in My Fridge and read an ingredient-specific mini-story.

Then, once you have earned all the cake ingredients, you can build the final cake!

You will receive the cake you baked for him as a permanent desk ornament once the event finishes. Each cake is unique to the player who made it!

Birthday events also have special currencies to be spent in an event-limited birthday shop. You earn currency by completing daily, weekly, and event-specific tasks. Each event has its own special outfits, memories, and accessories to buy from the event shop, so it's worth it to complete tasks!

Finally, birthday events don't pop up alone. With each special event, you'll also have a concurrent Wish Pool to pull limited-time memories. These pools will offer birthday-specific five-star memories that tie into the overall story of the event.

Xavier's birthday is on October 16, but, like with all character birthdays (except the player's), his birthday event will begin a week before his actual birthday.

Xavier's birthday event, Timeless Days, aired for the first time on October 10, 2024. It's safe to assume that we'll see a rerun of this event or a similar version of it on October 10 next year.

During the event, you could buy a special outfit and a three-star birthday memory of Xavier's. A limited-time Wish Pool also accompanied Xavier's birthday event and offered increased odds of obtaining his limited-time five-star birthday memory, Xavier: Celestial Message.

Upon completing the event, you earn a custom cake baked just for him.

Players who played the event when it ran can replay any story stages from the Love Timeline.

Zayne

Zayne's birthday is September 5 and his birthday event ran from August 31 to September 6, 2024. We assume this will be the event period next year.

His birthday is the third birthday in the lineup of all love interest birthdays.

During his birthday event, you could purchase the daily outfit, Zayne: Autumn Breeze, and three-star memory, Zayne: Shining Blessing. Zayne's accompanying five-star birthday memory, Zayne: Eternal Attachment was also available in a limited-time Event Pool during this time.

As with all character birthdays, you could receive a permanent desk ornament of Zayne's cake after completing the event.

Rafayel

Rafayel's birthday is March 6 and his birthday event ran from March 1 to March 8, 2024. Rafayel was the first character in the game to receive a birthday event and his event set the tone for all following character birthdays.

In Rafayel's birthday event shop, you could spend Fishie Cookies to buy the three-star memory Rafayel: Wish Granted and his daily outfit: Iceberg Adventure.

At the same time as Rafayel's birthday event ran, you could also pull his limited-time five-star memory, Rafayel: Unforgettable Adventure from his limited-time birthday event Wish Pool.

Rafayel's birthday cake desk ornament was the first of the cake rewards given this year.

Sylus

Sylus's birthday is April 18. Since Sylus was added as a love interest late in 2024, he did not get a birthday event within the first year the game was released.

The Player

The player's birthday event also recurs every year. The difference is that it's triggered by each player's unique birthdate. The event follows a different format from the other birthday events, but you will still receive a gift from each of the guys.

The event lasts a full seven days, starting on your actual birthday (provided that you've entered your birthday in the player profile), and comes with gifts from not just each of the guys, but Linkon City as well.
