Sonic SVM Launches Sale of HyperFuse Nodes, Marking First Node Sale on Solana Blockchain
HyperFuse Nodes are essential to the HyperGrid structure, offering investors the chance to acquire Sonic Tokens at a valuation below the price
Sonic SVM, a Layer 2 Solana (SOL) solution, has announced the launch of HyperFuse Nodes, making it the first node sale on the Solana blockchain, according to a press release shared with crypto.news on September 15.
These nodes are a crucial part of Sonic’s multi-SVM network, enhancing security and optimizing state transition verification across the ecosystem. The company has developed its proprietary framework, HyperGrid, which facilitates the creation of new blockchain networks, known as “grids,” that connect directly to Solana.
The nodes will provide token rewards to operators and incorporate accountability metrics for node holders, ensuring the network’s stability and trustworthiness. HyperFuse Nodes are also integral to the HyperGrid structure, offering investors the chance to acquire Sonic Tokens at a valuation lower than the price offered to major venture capital firms during the company’s $12 million Series A funding round.
The current sale will feature over 30% of the total 50,000 nodes at a price point below the Series A fully diluted valuation, offering a more affordable entry for retail investors.
Node operators will benefit from Sonic SVM’s expanding user base, which spans over 2 million wallets and has processed more than 1.5 billion on-chain transactions. The nodes will also tap into the rapidly growing Solana gaming market.
With partnerships that span 40+ game studios and a catalog of over 10 games hosted on the platform, operators stand to profit from the sector’s growth. Sonic’s impressive roster of backers includes Bitkraft, OKX Ventures, and Galaxy Interactive, with $16 million raised to date.
The HyperFuse Nodes sale will unfold through a series of events. The first sale, a 24-hour raffle, will begin on September 16, followed by a whitelist sale on September 18, exclusively for Sonic community members and partners. The public sale will commence on September 19.
The HyperFuse Nodes, priced at the most accessible tier, will be sold via Delysium’s Nodpad platform, with limited quantities available during the event.
In other developments, Zeebit announced in July plans to launch a Web3 microgaming platform using Sonic’s Layer 2 chain on Solana. The platform will feature on-chain verifiable games with non-custodial settlements, migrating player histories from Zeebit’s existing Solana protocol to Sonic.

mPDF
mPDF is a PHP library that can generate PDF files from UTF-8 encoded HTML. The original author, Ian Back, wrote mPDF to output PDF files "on the fly" from his website and handle different languages. It is slower than original scripts like HTML2FPDF and produces larger files when using Unicode fonts, but supports CSS styles etc. and has a lot of enhancements. Supports almost all languages, including RTL (Arabic and Hebrew) and CJK (Chinese, Japanese and Korean). Supports nested block-level elements (such as P, DIV),
