This intelligent production line realizes the parallel design and co-line production of double-block sleepers and small prefabricated components of high-speed rail. Compared with the traditional method, the efficiency is improved by 50%, the operating cost is reduced by 25%, and the energy consumption per unit output value is reduced by 12%.
