SZBOX has returned with the S7, a mini-PC stroke tablet that also contains a built-in display. For context, the company has released various devices this year, including the ambitious dual-screen 16-inch laptop powered by Intel Alder Lake-H or Alder Lake-P processors. Incidentally, the SZBOX S7 resembles the HIGOLE F9B Pro that we have covered separately.
According to SZBOX's product listing, the S7 measures 174 x 116 x 22 mm and is powered by the Processor N100, an entry-level option in Intel's Alder Lake-N series. In short, the SZBOX S7 is much thicker than most conventional tablets. However, it does have a built-in kickstand and a 7,200 mAh battery, emphasising its portable credentials.
At any rate, SZBOX has also installed a 7-inch display that outputs at 1,280 x 800 pixels, as well as a full-sized HDMI port, a Gigabit Ethernet connection and six USB ports of various persuasions. On top of that, the S7 features an Intel AX201 wireless card that provides Bluetooth 5.2 and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity if there is no wired connection to hand. Currently, the SZBOX S7 starts at roughly $250 with 16 GB of DDR5 RAM but no built-in storage. Alternatively, SZBOX offers various SSD configurations, up to a 2 TB option, for $380. Please see the company's AliExpress listing for more details.
