When logging into the iTunes Store using an Apple ID, this error message "This Apple ID has not been used in the iTunes Store" may be thrown on the screen. There are no error messages to worry about, you can fix them by following these solution sets.
The main reason this prompt appears in the iTunes Store is because you don’t have the correct address in your Apple ID profile.
Step 1 – First, open iPhone Settings on your iPhone.
Step 2 – The Apple ID should be on top of all other settings. So, open it.
Step 3 – There, open the “Payment & Shipping” option.
Step 4 – Use Face ID to verify your access.
Step 5 – Once you have done this, touch “Add shipping address” to open it.
Step 6 – Now, you have to fill the address data form there. Therefore, please fill in the information in the form under "First Name", "Last Name" and other information.
Step 7 – So, once done, click on the “Done” button on the top right corner to save the changes.
So go back to the iTunes Store and test it out. Test if this resolves the issue.
If you can’t access the iTunes Store and add your Apple ID to sign in, try adding a payment method to your Apple ID to fix it.
Step 1 – Go to Settings and tap on Apple ID there.
Step 2 – Next, you have to go to the “Payment & Shipping” tab.
Step 3 – Once there, open it using “Add payment method”.
Step 4 – There are many ways you can add a payment method there.
[Note – If you have added a payment method (Card/UPI/Apple Wallet) to your Apple ID, you can remove it and add it to your Apple ID.
Step 5 – Click “Done” after adding your payment method.
After adding your payment ID, return to the iTunes Store and test it out.
If you still can’t use your Apple ID in the iTunes Store, you can sign out from the Media Purchases settings and then sign in again.
Step 1 – First, you have to open the Settings tab.
Step 2 – Later, go to Apple ID.
Step 3 – Next, open the “Media & Buying” option.
Step 4 – Select the “Logout” option to log out.
Step 5 – When the “Are you sure?” prompt appears on the screen, use the “Logout” option to confirm your choice.
#After logging out of the app, you can log in again using your Apple ID.
Check if this works.
