这个问题：对不起，请将 php.ini 中的 short_open_tag 设置为 On，否则无法继续安装论坛。
我默认读取php.ini文件里是这样写的：
; short_open_tag
; Default Value: On
; Development Value: Off
; Production Value: Off

应该怎么改才能使short_open_tag值为On
以下是我试过的，但都没有用（每一次改完我都有重启apache）：
1. short_open_tag=On（去掉;）

2. short_open_tag
Default Value: On
Development Value: Off
Production Value: Off

3.short_open_tag:On

4.short_open_tag:true

第一种设置是正确的：
short_open_tag = On

修改配置后别忘了重启服务器。
